So, Chesney let me say I am loving the sound and vibes of your music. We got to know you through the song “Come Alive”. That song is well done. Give us some insight about yourself and how you got started in the biz, and then give us some details about how the song was inspired, and if course the bomb video. Hey good to be here and thank you for the love on my new song, Come Alive! Well... I’m a 19-ye - ar-old singer/songwriter born and raised in south Louisiana. I first started singing when I was about 15 in some local bars! (Young, I know) I was also in show choir in high school, so music quickly be- came my passion. After high school, my mom and I moved to Branson Missouri where I first started to record my cover songs within a week of being there, I had been invited to perform alongside mu- sicians who had their own venues/shows! So, it was really an amazing experience to be welco- med so quickly by this musical town. I started to write my own original songs at the end of 2019 and REALLY found a passion for THAT. Fast Forward to March, 2020 (the week before Covid-19) My mom and I then moved to Las Ve - gas because I had networked with some amazing musicians here and saw many MORE awesome opportunities for myself. I began recording my ori- ginals with producer Jai Sessions and he had writ- ten a song a while back and I heard it and abso- lutely ADORED it...So here came my song ”Come Alive”. Wow that’s amazing. Your support system is so important to get things done so GO MOM!!! Now you have 4 singles out now. Are you planning an EP or a full length at some point? Yesss! She’s what I like to call my “momager” lol, so blessed that she’s so supportive! And absolu- tely! I have plenty of music to do it ha-ha. I spent all Covid focusing on writing so thankfully I have 50+ songs written now an EP or full length is so- mething I’m looking forward to showing everybo- dy! That’s fantastic!!! Because we have rocked your 4 tracks in our playlist a few times already and can’t wait for more. Well with such an amazing amount of music will be seeing something drop this year. Also, how much fun/work was it shooting the vi- deos you have released for Come Alive and Mo- ving On? Who came up with the concepts as well? Thank you! I’m glad you liked them. I drop my songs strategically all the time so there will FOR SURE be new releases this year that I’m thrilled to show everybody. The video shoot for Come Alive was so awesome. The director (Josh Sikkema) is an amazing director from LA who shoots videos for Snoop Dogg and many other artists like that so always a pleasure working with him. He came up with the concept for my video as for Moving On, that one is a bit of a quarantine story! Lol... my mom recorded with her camera and I watched many YouTube videos to learn how to edit my whole video together. I was shocked at how per- fect it was to me, given the circumstances!
