July 2025
“Despite Experiencing Childhood Trauma, A Person Can Still Forge A Path To A Rich, Meaningful, And POWERFUL life.” ARE YOU TRULY HAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE? HERE’S A CHALLENGE THAT MIGHT CHANGE EVERYTHING JULY 2025 Take a deep breath and ask yourself one powerful question: AT THIS MOMENT, OVERALL, ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE? It’s a bold, confronting question. One that doesn’t care about the image we portray online, our titles, or what others might think. It’s personal. Real. Unfiltered. IF YOUR ANSWER IS YES... Celebrate. Truly—celebrate. Too often, we rush past our joy without taking a second to acknowledge it. Today, do something kind for yourself. It doesn’t need to be grand. Maybe it’s a walk in nature, your favorite coffee, a moment of quiet, or simply saying “thank you” to yourself for showing up and pushing through the hard days. Happiness is not a destination—it’s a state. And if you’re in it, honor it. Because you’ve earned it. IF YOUR ANSWER IS NO... You’re not alone—and you’re not stuck. Grab a few sheets of paper and a pen. What you’re about to do isn’t magic, but if you commit, the results can feel like it. Step 1: Set the stage Take one sheet and write “Goals” at the top, along with today’s date. Step 2: Write 10 goals that would make you happy within the next 12 months Use present tense language, as if they’ve already happened. This isn’t just about wishful thinking—it’s about wiring your brain for belief and action. Examples: • I earn... • I achieved... • I weigh... • I own... • I spend weekends... Let the goals come from the heart, not from what you think you should want. Step 3: Choose your game-changer Review your list. Now ask: If I could wave a magic wand and make only one of these goals come true in the next 24 hours, which one would have the most profound, positive impact on my life? Circle that goal. Step 4: Break it down Transfer your circled goal to a clean sheet of paper. Now, follow these steps: 1. Understand the goal. Why is this important? What will it change? How will you feel once it’s achieved? 2. Set a deadline. Not someday—pick an actual date. 3. List every action step you can think of that would help you get there. No filtering. 4. Organize your steps into a clear, ordered checklist. 5. Take one action today. Even if it’s small. Momentum builds motivation. 6. Keep going. Each day, take another step. Let progress become your habit. Step 5: Repeat for the remaining 9 goals Once you complete that first goal—or even just gain momentum—move to the next one on your original list. You already have the system. Now it’s about consistency. The truth is simple: If you commit to this process, the only thing standing between you and a better life is your willingness to show up. No one is promising easy. But this path is possible. You don’t need a miracle or even permission. You just need a plan and the courage to follow it. SO, ARE YOU READY? This question may have started as a challenge, but if you accept it, it might just be your turning point. Tip: Keep those pages somewhere visible. Revisit them. Revise them. Rewrite them when needed.
