Well thanks so much for taking some time out today to let the Ryze-Fam get to know you better Neptoon. Now let’s get the obvious out the way and let us know when and how you got started on your musical journey. I started on my musical journey when I was about 8 years old. How I started was when my dad used to take me to his performances. From there I became inspired to sing and dan- ce at an early age. That’s dope, so you have amusical background that runs in the family. One of the things I did notice with the song is how polished and pro- fessional it was put together. Are you the one who does the production, or do you have a team? I do have a family-oriented team; however, I am also the producer in the family as well. I developed an ear for music and started to teach myself how to produce mix and make beats. Because I didn’t have money to buy any beats from other producers. That’s one of the best ways to make sure you stand out. Which software has become your go to music program? My go to program is Logic Pro X and VST Om- nisphere. Nice indeed!!! Now the track Pray for Tomor- row is something I see playing in peoples Ben- tleys it’s so smooth. What was the inspiration behind that track? Well, my cousin God rest his soul. He was the inspiration for pray for tomorrow. After losing him I figured why not make a song called pray for tomorrow, because we’re not promised a tomorrow. I also wanted to bring people clo- ser to God as well. Admirable indeed!!! He would be proud of you for the song it’s a great track. Now the pan- demic has effectively put a stranglehold on so many musicians. How have you been able to work your music with so many restrictions? Just by having faith and trusting in the process and having an amazing supportive team. Many are turning to digital concerts. Is that so- mething you could see yourself doing as this time of COVID is still kicking? I Definitely see myself doing a digital concert for everyone. Do you have any upcoming plans to make some official videos for any of your tracks? Yes Definitely, I’m getting ready to shoot a mu - sic video to one of my songs My Wife, that one isn’t released yet but it will be soon. It’s a great song. It’s about a man feeling broken and lied to after his girlfriend leaves him for making a little mistake. Word. We will be on the watch for that one. Now if money were not an issue and you could put together any bill you like. What artists would you have accompanied you on this bill and why? I would Chris Brown, Drake, and he was still alive Michael Jackson. And why because The- se guys are my inspiration as well. And they are all one of the greats to. I also love to dan- ce.
